How to Download TS Employee Pay Slip online via IFMIS?
Step 1: Open the official website of IFMIS
Step 2: On the homepage, you will find the option of ‘PAYSLIP.’
Step 3: Click on ‘PAYSLIP,’ and a new page will open.
Step 4: You will either have to enter your ‘Employee Code’ or your ‘Bank Account Number (in which you receive the salary)’.
Step 5: Click on ‘Search’.
Step 6: In the new page, you will have to verify your details by an OTP.
Step 7: You will have to verify DDO Code Number, Name, registered mobile number, and the department you serve.
Step 8: After verifying, click on ‘Send OTP’.
Step 9: You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
Step 10: Verify the OTP and get an option to ‘Generate Pay Slip.’
Step 11: Select the month and year for which you want the Salary Certificate or Pay Slip and click on ‘Generate Pay Slip’.
Step 12: The TS Employee Pay Slip will be generated.
Step 13: You can either take a print-out or save it as a PDF.

Step 3: A new page will open. Over there, click on ‘Employee Payslip’.
Step 4: It will take you to the online portal of IFMIS Telangana.
Step 5: Click on ‘PAYSLIP’.
Step 6: Enter either the ‘Employee Code’ or the ‘Bank Account Number (in which you receive the salary)’ and click ‘Search’.
Step 7: On the next page, verify the details and click on the ‘Send OTP’ button.
Step 8: You will get an OTP on the registered mobile number.
Step 9: Verify the OTP, and the ‘Generate Pay Slip’ button will open.
Step 10: From the dropdown, select the month & year and click on ‘Generate Pay Slip’.
Step 11: The Salary Certificate will be downloaded. Either print it or save it as a PDF.
